While we do our best to ensure that you have an amazing experience with AirBuds, we understand sometimes things don’t quite work out. We are 100% committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your order.

When it comes to refunds, you have two options:

Cash Refund

We offer a 100% cash refunds for any/all item(s) in your order. Your refund will be processed to whatever payment method you used when placing your order, subject to our terms and conditions.

Store Credit

We offer store credit equivalent to any and all item(s) in your order.

Return Shipping

Please note that you will be responsible for any and all return shipping costs. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs if the item you are
returning is damaged.

General FAQs

Can I cancel my order after I’ve made a purchase?
Yes! We offer immediate order cancellation between 24 and 48 hours of your order
being placed.

Your order will be cancelled and refunded in full as soon as we get your request, so
as the order has not shipped out yet. If you would still like a refund once your order
has been shipped out, you will have to initiate our standard returns process.

How do I return or exchange an item?
Our return policy is effective for 30 days from the time your order is delivered.

What types of Payment methods do you accept?
We accept Payapl, Visa, Mastercard & American Express.

What are your shipping options?
Currently, we only offer one shipping option. For more information, please visit the

What if the item I ordered arrives broken or damaged?
We’ll make it up to you. You can request a refund, or an exchange/store credit.

Where do you ship from?
Primarily we ship out from fulfillment centers in the United States, Eastern Asia and
Western Europe. If the item you purchased is out of inventory in your nearest
location, we will send it directly from our production lines at the same delivery times as stated in our shipping section.

I am missing items from my order
Depending on the items you have ordered and our current stock at different
locations, they may have been shipped out from different warehouse locations.
We fully guarantee and ensure that your package will arrive; if you find that your
package has NOT arrived as per the timeline outlined on our Shipping FAQ page,
please contact us at support@airbuds.shop and we’ll get you sorted!

Do you ship worldwide & how much does shipping cost?

Yes – we ship worldwide. We offer all customers free Domestic and International Shipping with tracking. No shipping cost & no sales tax – we want your experience to be as smooth and upfront as possible – just the way we like it.

For Non-US Customers * Please note that customs policies and import duties vary widely for international orders outside of the United States. Your local customs office can assist with any customs duties outside of our control.

What are your shipping and processing times?

Standard Shipping Times Domestic:

United Kingdom: 7 – 15 days International:

United States: 7 – 18 days

Canada: 7 – 18 days

Australia: 7 – 18 days

Europe: 9 – 21 days

Latin America: 10 – 25 days

Other countries: 14 – 30 days

Processing Times Orders take 1-2 business days to process after placing the order before shipping out. We do not ship out on weekends.

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number. If you have not received one or if the tracking number doesn’t work, no worries. Contact us and we’ll solve it! If you need more detailed information, please shoot us an email at support@airbuds.shop and we’ll help you out! Unexpected Delays In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping timesstated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as internationalcustoms processing and holidays that we cannot control. Please contact us if yourpackage is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve anysituation.
